We require Twenty-four hours notice for any cancellation. We will not allow last minute cancellations. After your one missed appointment you will be charged for the missed service during your next booked appointment. We ask for respect that other clients are either waiting or on a waiting list.

Please ensure your lashes are clean of all makeup before your lash appointment. We do book the allotted time for each client.

Try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. It will give us time to talk about any concerns or any changes you would like made to your lashes.

40% of the lashes to be remaining at the time of a fill to be considered a fill. If not, it will be considered a full set.

Extremely important to keep your lashes clean each day. No oil near the eye. Use only oil-free products: no heat, sauna, hot tub or hot steamy showers. Avoid water directly on your eyelashes for 24 hours. It allows the glue extra time to adhere to.

If you experience an allergic reaction due to your service, please contact us immediately for assistance. If you have experienced allergic reactions in the past, let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered before the appointment. Refunds will not be given for allergic reactions. However, we will remove the lashes for free.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the lashes or anything at all, please contact us within three days so we can schedule an appointment to fix any concerns.
